We strive to provide help to the needy, empowering believers, and spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ globally (Matthew 24:14).
To achieve its vision of providing help to the needy, empowering believers, and spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ globally, the IMPG Church is subdivided into departments/ministries.
- Men’s Department:

- Headed by Jean Pierre Yaweli, this department is made up of Church men who make up to 35% of the Church members.
- Missions:
- Carry out and propagate the message of salvation in accordance with the vision of the ministry in the Church, in our homes, and wherever we live.
- Help men understand their responsibilities in relation to the Church and our homes according to the Word of God (Genesis 2:15).
- Help the men to walk and live a Christian life according to the word of God.
- Women’s Department:
The department is made up of Church’s women, who make up 45% of the Church’s workforce. The department’s committee is chaired by Tosha Atibu.
Missions:

- Spread the Good News of salvation in accordance with the vision of the ministry in the Church and in our homes and wherever we live.
- Help women understand their responsibility in relation to the Church and our families according to the Word of God (Proverbs 14: 1).
- Equip the church’s women with teachings that can help them grow spiritually, and in their homes.
- Train the church’s women to be dispensers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
- Youth’s Department:
The youth being the future of the Church, this department is at the center of concern for IMPG. This Department is made up of a committee and has the following objectives:

- Spread the Gospel of salvation in accordance with the vision of the Church.
- Help young people understand their responsibilities in relation to the Church and where they live according to the Word of God. (1 Timothy 4:12).
- Help young people to have a life of holiness according to the Word of God.
- Help them understand what their roles and missions are for the Church and their environment.
- Help the youth discern their gifts and grace of God and use them for the rhetoric of God (Music, Intercession, preaching …).
- Organize various activities: retreats, seminars, sports, and other activities that can help them to flourish spiritually and physically according to the Word of God.
- Children’s Department:
The Sunday school is also one of the pillars of the Church’s departments. It is the nursery for a stable and solid Church of tomorrow. The children’s department is chaired by Rosalie Tshikuta, and has the following objectives:

- To lay in children a solid foundation of the Word of God, thus allowing them to grow in God’s Grace spiritually and physically (Proverbs 22: 6).
- To discover and develop in children the gifts, talents, and graces of God.
- To develop spiritual and physical activities that can help children to flourish.
- To uncover the vision and mission of the ministry.
- The Social Department:
At the center of the church’s philanthropy missions, the department serves the mission of achieving dispensation of a holistic Gospel.
As the spiritual aspect is very important in the church, it is also important to note that the social life of the church remains essential in the development thereof.
This department is headed by Therese Onokoko and pursues the following objectives:

- To take care of all that concerns the social life in the Church.
- To address the care of orphans and widows in the Church.
- To assist in the unmet needs of the congregation members by providing charity donations, financial support, food distribution, etc.
- The Administration:
Led by Deacon Paul Munangayi, the department oversees all administrative duties of the Church.
- The Finance Department:
Led by Pastor Atibu Falay, its services aim to manage the church’s finances, including:

- To establish an annual budget for the Church.
- To capture and keep Church financial records.
- The Department of Music and Worship:
This department is led by Brother Richard Bazira. Its Wind of Worship choir conducts and manages the praise and worship in the Church.
