Pastor Andre Onokoko Shango is the Founder and Senior Pastor of the International Ministries for the Propagation of the Gospel (IMPG), a dynamic ministry serving communities in the Congo, Zambia, and the United States since 1990. With more than three decades of pastoral and humanitarian leadership, he has devoted his life to advancing the Gospel and uplifting vulnerable populations.

Pastor Andre holds a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from Houston Baptist University and has completed advanced studies in international relations and humanitarian assistance. His academic training complements his deep spiritual calling and equips him to lead with both wisdom and compassion.

In addition to his pastoral responsibilities, he serves as a Case Manager with Catholic Charities Refugee Resettlement Program, demonstrating his steadfast commitment to justice, dignity, and service for displaced families.

Pastor Andre has been married to Therese Aloka Onokoko for over 25 years. Together, they are blessed with six children. His ministry is characterized by faithful teaching, a heart for the marginalized, and an unwavering dedication to the Word of God.
